CLAUSE 1.- ORGANISING COMPANY.

3INA Cosmetics, SL, with registered at office c/ Velazquez nº 53, Madrid, with Taxpayer’s Identification Code (CIF) B-87141305, and owner of the trademark 3INA, is organising on the dates indicated below, a Free Raffle with no obligation to buy (hereinafter, "the Raffle") in accordance with the requirements established in these terms and conditions.

CLAUSE 2.- PURPOSE AND CONDITIONS OF THE RAFFLE.

The period for participation is from 9th February to 16th February 2023, both dates inclusive. Whoever wishes to participate must:

- Be over 18 years of age, or failing that, act represented by or with the authorisation of the holder of legal parental custody or guardianship.

- Complete the form with the data required.

CLAUSE 3.- PRIZE.

One prize shall be given to the winner. The prize shall consist of two Golden Circle tickets to the Beyonce Renaissance Tour on Tuesday May 30^th at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium London and a box of 3INA makeup to the value of £100 , each one includes 6 different shades.

CLAUSE 4.- RAFFLE DRAW.

The Raffle draw shall take place on 17h February 2023 at 3INA's headquarters in Madrid, at c/ Velázquez nº 53, by means of the random drawing of one winner and 1 alternate participant, using a computer system operating entirely at random.

CLAUSE 4.- PRIZE DEVLIVERY.

Each winner will be contacted by email.

If it is not possible to locate the winners within three days from the Raffle draw to accept the prize, or if the winners expressly reject the prize for any reason, the Raffle shall be declared null and void. Once the prize has been accepted, the winners will receive a message with the prize delivery instructions. The prize will be sent to the address provided by the winner in advance of the event.

CLAUSE 6.- ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND LIABILITY.

1. The mere fact of participating in the Raffle implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and that he/she respects and complies with the conditions of Instagram.
2. It is expressly mentioned that Instagram does not sponsor, endorse, or administer this Raffle in any way, nor is it associated with it.
3. 3INA reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions of the Raffle, in part or in whole, at any time. It also reserves the right to cancel it or render the prize null and void in the event of any irregularity being detected. Once any amendment has been made, it will be duly made known to the participants on the 3INA website.
4. 3INA reserves the right to exclude from participation in the Raffle all those participants who, in its opinion, are failing to comply with any of these participation Terms and Conditions. The exclusion of a participant, whatever the cause, entails the loss of all the rights derived from his/her condition as such.
5. Any abusive or fraudulent use of these Terms and Conditions shall result in the disqualification of the participant from the Raffle consequently.
6. 3INA is exempt from any liability in the event of any errors in the data provided by the recipients themselves which prevents identification thereof.
7. Entrants must be residents of the UK

CLAUSE 7.- PRIVACY POLICY.

Responsible party: 3INA COSMETICS S.L, with address for purposes of notifications in Madrid, 28001, at c/ Velázquez nº 53.

Purpose:  Maintenance, fulfilment, carrying out and management of this Raffle, contact with the winners and publication of their personal data as winners of the Raffle on the website and social networks of 3INA and in any of the official communication channels of the brand, verification of compliance with the conditions to be a participant and winner; delivery of prizes; as well as compliance, where appropriate, with tax obligations.

Legitimacy: We process personal data based on the consent to participate in the Raffle.

Recipients: Data shall not be transferred to third parties except where legally required.

The retention period of your data: your data shall be retained only until the Raffle draw is held and, if applicable, the prize is awarded.

Rights: You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, limitation of processing, portability and objection in the terms set out in the General Data Protection Regulation and in the Organic Personal Data Protection Law. Any claims regarding the processing of your data must be submitted to the Spanish Data Protection Agency, at C/ Jorge Juan, 6, 28001 Madrid (www.agpd.es).

CLAUSE 8.- APPLICABLE LAW – DISPUTES.

These Terms and Conditions are subject to Spanish legislation. Any claims related to the Raffle must be submitted in writing to 3INA Cosmetics, SL, FAO the Marketing Department of 3INA, at the following address: c/ Velázquez nº 53, 28001, Madrid, within thirty (30) days of the deadline for participation in the Raffle. In the event of a dispute regarding the application or interpretation of these Term and Conditions and in the event of failure to reach an amicable settlement, all disputes shall be subject to the courts of the city of Madrid.
