Cookie Policy

1.- WHAT ARE COOKIES?

Cookies are activity files that allow 3INA to track your activity as a User and are intended to establish metrics on the use of this and the most visited content, commonly known as "user experience".

2.- TYPES OF COOKIES.

According to different classification criteria, cookies can be classified into the following types:

According to the sender of the cookies:

  • First-party cookies: These are sent to the user's terminal equipment from a computer or domain managed by the editor (3INA, in this case) and from which the service requested by the user is provided.
  • Third-party cookies: These are sent to the user's terminal equipment from a computer or domain that is not managed by the editor, but by another entity that processes the data obtained through the cookies.

According to the life cycle of cookies:

  • Session cookies: These are temporary cookies that remain in your browser's cookie file until you leave the website, so none are recorded on the user's hard drive. The information obtained through these cookies is used to analyze traffic patterns on the web. In the long run, this allows us to provide a better experience to improve content and facilitate its use.
  • Persistent cookies: These are stored on the hard drive and our website reads them each time you make a new visit. A persistent cookie has a specific expiration date. The cookie will stop working after that date. We generally use them to facilitate shopping and registration services.

According to the purpose for which cookies are used:

  • Technical cookies: These allow the user to navigate through a website, platform or application and use the different options or services that exist in it, such as, for example, controlling traffic and data communication, identifying the session, accessing restricted access parts, remembering the elements that make up an order, carrying out the purchase process of an order, making the request for registration or participation in an event, using security elements during navigation, storing content for the dissemination of videos or sound or sharing content through social networks.
  • Personalization cookies: These allow the user to access the service with some predefined general characteristics based on a series of criteria in the user's terminal, such as the language, the type of browser through which the user accesses the service, the regional configuration from which the user accesses the service, etc.
  • Analysis cookies: These allow the party responsible for them to track and analyze the behavior of users of the websites to which they are linked. The information collected through this type of cookies is used to measure the activity of websites, applications or platforms and to create browsing profiles of users of these sites, applications and platforms, in order to introduce improvements based on the analysis of the data on the use made by users of the service.
  • Advertising cookies: These allow for the most effective management possible of the advertising spaces that, where appropriate, the editor has included on a website, application or platform from which the requested service is provided, based on criteria such as the edited content or the frequency with which the advertisements are displayed.
  • Behavioral advertising cookies: These allow for the most effective management possible of the advertising spaces that, where appropriate, the editor has included on a website, application or platform from which the requested service is provided. These cookies store information on user behavior obtained through continuous observation of their browsing habits, which allows for the development of a specific profile to display advertising based on this. It is also possible that when visiting a website or opening an email where an advertisement or promotion about our products or services is published, a cookie may be installed in your browser that helps us to later show you advertising related to the search you have performed, to monitor our advertisements in relation, for example, to the number of times they are seen, where they appear, what time they are seen, etc.

3.- LIST OF COOKIES USED ON 3INA:

3INA will make its best efforts to update this list as soon as possible based on new services incorporated into the website. However, occasionally during this update, the list may no longer include a cookie, although it will always refer to cookies with identical purposes to those registered in this list.

4.- LIST OF THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDER COOKIES

Specifically, the third-party service providers with whom we have contracted a service for which the use of cookies is necessary are:

6.- OUR RECOMMENDATION

If you wish, you can disable our own cookies. However, if you do so, some functionalities may not work correctly or navigation may be more difficult. Therefore, we recommend that you keep them enabled and, only if you wish, delete them when you leave the Platform.

A. How to delete cookies after browsing our Platforms.

If you use Google Chrome, go to the "Clear browsing data" option through the "History" menu. A pop-up menu will appear where you can decide what information you want to delete, including cookies.

If you use Firefox, go to the "Clear History" option through the "History" menu. A pop-up menu will appear where you can decide what information you want to delete, including cookies.

If you use Internet Explorer, go to the "Delete browsing history" option through the "Tools" menu. A pop-up menu will appear where you can decide what information you want to delete, including cookies.

If you use the Android Chrome browser, go to the "Security and privacy" option through the "Settings" menu. A pop-up menu will appear where you can decide what information you want to delete, including cookies.

As you can see, the way to proceed is very similar in all browsers, so if you use a browser other than those mentioned, you will not find it difficult to find the functionality to delete cookie data. You can also configure your system to automatically delete all cookies at the end of the browsing session.

    B. How to disable cookies before browsing our Websites.

If, even after reading the previous recommendation, you still want to disable cookies, you can prevent your computer or device from storing our cookies. Below we explain how to do it:

If you use Google Chrome, go to the "Customize and control Google Chrome" menu (usually in the upper right corner, just to the right of the address bar), click on the "Show advanced options" link and click on the "Content settings" option. You will see the available options for cookies.

If you use Firefox, go to the "Tools" menu (usually in the menu bar, just above the address bar), click on "Options" and click on the "Privacy" tab. You will see the available options.

If you use Internet Explorer, go to the "Tools" menu (usually in the upper right corner, just to the right of the navigation tabs), click on the "Internet Options" option and, in the pop-up menu, click on the "Security" tab. You can choose one of the security levels preset by Microsoft or customize your own security level.

If you use the Android Chrome browser, go to the "Settings" menu (usually in the upper right corner, just to the button to open a new tab), click on the "Security and privacy" option and, in the pop-up menu, you can choose whether or not to accept cookies.

If you use any other browser or platform, the process is very similar. You can find information in the help menus of each of them.

      C. More information on how cookies work, are used, and are managed

In addition, with your browser you can start private browsing so that your system does not store unwanted information on your hard drive.

You can even see all the cookies that your browser stores on its hard drive and, if you wish, delete them one by one.

Finally, you should know that most browsers inform you how to prevent the acceptance of new cookies, how to be notified when you receive a new cookie, or how to disable cookies completely. If you want to know more about how cookies work, we recommend that you consult the "help" shown in the toolbars of your browsers (for example, if you press F1 on Windows computers, you will also access help).

If you want more information about cookies, you can consult the "Guide on the use of cookies" prepared by the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

7.- COOKIE POLICY AND ITS RELATIONSHIP WITH THE PRIVACY POLICY

Remember that the Cookie Policy is part of 3INA's Privacy Policy.

8.- AMENDMENT OF THE COOKIE POLICY

3INA may unilaterally modify the Cookie Policy in the event of a change in current legislation, jurisprudential doctrine, or internal criteria. Any change introduced in this policy will be published at this same address.
