Orders may be subject to applicable taxes, duties, and customs fees depending on the destination country. These costs are not included in the product price and may be charged upon delivery.
HOW LONG DOES MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE? Orders are shipped via our logistics partners and will be delivered within 1–3 business days from dispatch, depending on the destination country. Delivery times refer to business days and exclude public holidays (national, regional, or local) in the destination country.

During high-demand periods such as Black Friday, Christmas, or public holidays, delivery times may be extended due to high shipping volumes.
CAN I MODIFY MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER PLACING AN ORDER? Yes, you may contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible after placing your order to request a change of shipping address. Please note that once an order has been processed or dispatched, it may no longer be possible to modify the delivery address.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER? Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your shipment online. Tracking updates may vary depending on the carrier and the destination country.
CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?
Yes, we offer a flexible returns policy. If your product is damaged or defective, you may request a return by contacting us via our Customer Service channels. If you are not satisfied with your product, you may also return it, subject to the following conditions:
- Products must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery
- Products must be returned in their original packaging
- Products must not have been used
- Packaging must not be damaged or altered
Returns of used products will not be eligible for a refund. Due to health and hygiene reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return if their protective seal has been opened, unless they are defective.
WHAT OPTIONS DO I HAVE WHEN RETURNING A PRODUCT? When returning a product, you may choose between:

If the replacement product has a lower value, the difference will be refunded. If it has a higher value, the difference must be paid by the customer.

WHAT HAPPENS IF DELIVERY IS NOT POSSIBLE?
If a delivery cannot be completed due to reasons beyond our control and the package remains unclaimed after a certain period, it may be returned to our warehouse.
In such cases, a refund may be issued once the returned package is received, excluding shipping costs and any applicable fees. Additional costs such as customs duties or return handling fees may apply depending on the destination country.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER? You may request cancellation of your order by contacting our Customer Service team as soon as possible. Cancellation is only possible if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and must instead follow the return process.
