Shipping & Return Policy
HOW MUCH ARE SHIPPING COSTS?
We ship from our warehouse in UK to all of Great Britain (excluding the North of Ireland). Shipping costs are:
- Orders < £29 -> £3.95
- Orders >£29 -> Free shipping
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
All orders will be sent from our warehouse in the UK via Royal Mail and will be delivered within 48-72 working hours. Orders placed after 12:00pm will be managed by our warehouse the next working day.
*Delivery times correspond to working days excluding holidays, national, regional, and/or local.
**During holidays such as Christmas or national holidays we cannot guarantee delivery on the indicated days due to the high volume of shipments.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER I HAVE PLACED AN ORDER?
Yes. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and your new address or via our Contact Form.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
As soon as your order is shipped from our warehouse you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number from Royal Mail so you can locate your order during the delivery process.
CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?
Yes, 3INA has a flexible return policy.

If you are not happy with the product you can also return it, taking into consideration the following conditions:
- The products must be returned within 14 working days from the date of purchase by the customer.
- Products must be returned in their original box/packaging.
- We will not accept any product return that has been used.
- Please do not place any stickers directly on the packaging or box. Products that are in poor condition will not be accepted.
*The refund of the corresponding amount of the return will be made within a period of 7 working days once it is received by our warehouse. The refund will be made in the same payment method, and you will receive an email confirmation.
DO I HAVE TO PAY THE RETURN COSTS?
If you have received the products in your order are damaged or in poor conditions, you will NOT have to pay the shipping costs in any case.
3INA also gives you the option to return or exchange the products, even if you have received them in perfect condition, however, in this case the management and transport costs will be at your expense.
I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER, WHAT DO I DO?
If you have not received your order, please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org and we be delighted to help - you are in good hands.
There are two main reasons why you haven't received your package:
- Wrong address: In this case we recommend you always check that the address you entered is the correct one, as it is possible that your package has been delivered to the wrong address.
- Failed delivery attempts: In this case we recommend checking all SMS, calls and e-mails.
WHAT HAPPENS IF DELIVERY IS NOT POSSIBLE?
If your order is not being delivered for reasons beyond 3INA and more than 14 working days have passed since the first delivery attempt, the package will be returned to our warehouse in the UK. We will automatically proceed to refund the full amount of your purchase within 14 working days of receipt of the order, excluding the costs incurred by sending and returning the package.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Contact us at email@example.com with your order number so one of our Customer Service Team can see if it is possible to cancel your order. Once we receive your cancellation request, we will confirm with you if the cancellation has been possible or not.
