Giveaway Name and Description: Win x2 Tickets to Billie Eilish Hit Me Hard And Soft: The Tour and a bundle of 3INA Makeup.
CLAUSE 1 - ORGANISING COMPANY.
3INA Cosmetics, SL, with registered office at c/ Doctor Fourquet nº 3, Madrid, CIF B-87141305 and owner of the 3INA brand, organizes on the dates indicated below, a free giveaway with no obligation to purchase in accordance with the requirements described in these Terms and Conditions. By entering the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
CLAUSE 2 – TERM OF PARTICIPATION.
The term of participation is open for entries between 5pm BST Wednesday 22nd May 2024 to 12pm Friday 31st May 2024.
CLAUSE 3 - CONDITIONS OF THE GIVEAWAY.
Participants must be a resident in the UK or Ireland. The selected winner must provide a verifiable residential address within the geographic boundaries of the United Kingdom and Ireland in order to claim the prize.
To participate you must be over 16 years of age at the time of entry, or to be represented or with the authorisation of the holder of parental authority or guardianship over the child.
Winners of the giveaway are required to provide accurate and complete personal information when contacted, which must include their full name, address, date of birth, and contact information. Failure to do so will result in the disqualification of your entry and the inability to send the prize to you.
CLAUSE 4 – METHOD OF ENTRY.
The giveaway shall be conducted on platforms on which 3INA has a profile namely TikTok. There will be one distinct draw, resulting in a total of one prize.
Participants only need to enter once to be entered into the draw, however, you may enter as many times as you wish.
For a comment to be considered part of a valid entry it must have a unique value and must tag a unique account. Tagging the same friend in multiple comments will count as one entry.
To submit a valid entry via TikTok, strict adherence to all of the following steps is required:
- Like the TikTok giveaway social post posted on Wednesday 22nd May 2024 by @3INA. This will be clearly signposted as a giveaway in the caption.
- Tag a friend in the comments of the same post.
- Follow @3INA on TikTok.
By following these rules, you will automatically be entered into our giveaway.
CLAUSE 5.- PRIZE.
One winner will be selected and will be awarded one prize. The prize will consist of:

The winner and companion are responsible for arranging their own travel and any required hospitality in order to attend the event.
3INA are in no way responsible if the winner and/or their companion are denied access to the event for any reason.
Prize excludes spending money, additional meals, drinks, gratuities, excursions, attractions, treatments, visas (including ESTAs), personal expenses, telephone calls and incidental expenses incurred, other than those stated as included.
Billie Eilish tickets are mobile entry only, which means your phone is your ticket. To receive your prize you must have a valid Ticketmaster account.
The Event Organizer allows tickets to be transferred approximately 48 hours prior to your event.
In the event that the event is delayed or cancelled, the winner must seek advice directly from 3INA who will contact the ticket retailer on your behalf for further information, unless tickets have already been transferred.
CLAUSE 6.- DRAW.
The draws will take place on Friday 31st May 2024 by means of the random drawing of one winner from each platform along with 4 other participants as reserves, using a computer system that works completely at random.
CLAUSE 7.- PRIZE DELIVERY.
3INA Cosmetics will announce the winner on their TikTok platform @3INA, during a TikTok livestream between 1pm-2.230pm on Friday 31st May 2024.
In the event that it is not possible to locate the winner within 7 days by private message to accept the prize, or if he/she expressly rejects the prize for any reason, the giveaway will be declared void.
Once the prize has been accepted, the winner will receive a message via TikTok with the prize delivery instructions. The prize will be sent to the email address provided by the winner by method of Ticketmaster transfer. This will only occur when the Event Organizer allows.
The winner’s social media profile will also be tagged publicly within the comment section where this has been the method of entry.
Law 35/2006 of November 28th on Personal Income Tax and Royal Decree 439/2007 of March 30th, approving the Personal Income Tax Regulations shall be applicable to the prize of the present draw.
CLAUSE 8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY.
The winner authorizes his/her image and username to be published on 3INA's website and social networks, as well as in any of the brand's official communication channels, without this generating any right in his/her favour to receive any consideration whatsoever.
CLAUSE 9 -. ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND LIABILITY.
(i)The mere fact of participating in the giveaway implies full acceptance of these Rules and that you respect and comply with TikTok 's terms and conditions.
(ii)It is expressly stated that TikTok do not sponsor, endorse, or administer the giveaway, nor is it associated with it.
(iii)3INA reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions of the giveaway, partially or totally at any time. Likewise, it also reserves the right to cancel it or leave the prize void in the event of any irregularity being detected. Once any modification has been made, it will be duly notified to the participants on the 3INA website.
(iv)3INA reserves the right to exclude from participation in the giveaway all participants who, in its opinion, are in breach of any of the conditions of participation included in these terms and conditions. The exclusion of a participant, for any reason whatsoever, entails the loss of all rights deriving from his/her status as such.
(v)Any abusive or fraudulent use of these rules will result in the consequent disqualification of the participant in the Sweepstakes.
(vi) 3INA is exempt from any liability in the event of any error in the data provided by the winners themselves that would prevent their identification.

Purpose: The main purpose of the processing of personal data is the maintenance, compliance, development and management of this giveaway, contact with the winners and publication of their username in the 3INA account/profile on Instagram and/or TikTok as winners of the giveaway, as well as the inclusion of their name and image on the website and social networks of 3INA and in any of the official communication channels of the brand, verification of compliance with the conditions to be a participant and winner; delivery of the prizes; and compliance, where appropriate, with tax obligations.
Legitimation: We process personal data on the basis of consent to participate in the giveaway.
Recipients: No data is transferred to third parties, unless legally required.
Period of conservation of your information: the information will be kept only until the end of the giveaway and, where appropriate, delivery of the prize.

CLAUSE 11. - APPLICABLE LAW - DISPUTE.
These Rules are subject to Spanish law. Any claim related to the giveaway must be sent in writing to 3INA Cosmetics, SL, to the Attn. of the Marketing Department of 3INA, at the following address: c/ Doctor Fourquet nº 3, Madrid, before thirty (30) days after the deadline for participation in the Giveaway. In case of dispute in the application or interpretation of these Rules and in the absence of an amicable agreement, any dispute shall be subject to the courts of the city of Madrid.

Participants must attend the 2024 Superdrug Presents event where this Promotion is being run on the following dates and between the following times:
Friday 24th May 2024 – Sunday 26th May 2024: Between 10:00am and 07:00pm BST.
Monday 27th May 2024: Between 10:30am and 07:30pm BST.
Participants must have internet access and a personal TikTok account in order to claim their prize.
CLAUSE 3 - CONDITIONS OF THE GIVEAWAY.

The participant must talk to the relevant representative of the promotion, who will instruct you to scan a QR code which scans to 3INA’s TikTok Profile.
The participant must then show proof of following the 3INA TikTok account.
Once the participant has completed this they will be given one chance to reach into the 3INA makeup bag a total of one time. There is a maximum of one entry per person, and only one prize can be won per person.
To win, a participant must pick a ball out of the bag. In the bag there are 3 ball variations, each corresponding to a different outcome.
There is a 3:4 chance of winning, with a 1:4 chance of selecting a no-win ball.
CLAUSE 5.- PRIZE.
There are 6000 prizes are to be won across the duration of the promotion. The following number of prizes will be available to be won:
If the participant draws a pink ball they will win one of 4000 3INA products.
The product selection will be at random.
If the participant draws an orange ball they will win a voucher code for 25% off 3INA products to be used on Superdrug.com between 24.05.2024 and 24.06.2024 There are 2000 voucher codes to be won.
If the participant draws a white ball they have not won and there will be no prize.
If fewer participants pick up a pink or orange prize ball during the time of the promotion., the number of Prizes awarded will be fewer.
Participants will only be able to participate in the game between the Entry Open Date and the Entry Closing Date.
CLAUSE 6.- PRIZE DELIVERY.
To claim a prize a winner must present the prize ball they have picked up and return it to the relevant representative of the promoter who will then deliver the appropriate prize to the individual immediately.

3INA Cosmetics will notify the giveaway winners via the platform that they entered on by private message. The winner’s social media profile will also be tagged publicly within the comment section where this has been the method of entry.
In the event that it is not possible to locate the winner within 7 days by private message to accept the prize, or if he/she expressly rejects the prize for any reason, the giveaway will be declared void.
Once the prize has been accepted, the winner will receive a message via Instagram with the prize delivery instructions. The prize will be sent to the address provided by the winner within a maximum period of 30 working days following the resolution of the giveaway.
