Steps: 

1. Apply The 24H Eye Stick 900 to your eye crease, lining it up with your eyebrow. 
2. Draw a vertical line in the center of the eyelid, dragging it upwards for a wet look with a messy touch. Perfect for a DIY Halloween makeup. 
3. Continue the wet look with The 24H Cream Eyeshadow 100.

3. Add lines with The Color Pen Eyeliner 850 and 482 for a double eyebrow effect. 
4. Cover your eyebrows with The Color Mascara 850 and 482 for drama.
