USAGE GUIDE

Eyes:
Sweep The No-Rules Cloud across lids with your fingertip for a soft wash of colour or build it up for a bolder, velvet matte look.

Lips:
Dab onto lips and blur with your fingertip for a diffused finish. Layer for an intense pop, or mix with balm for a softer, creamy touch.

Cheeks:
Tap onto the apples of your cheeks and blend upwards for a natural flush. Add more layers to intensify the colour.
