• I have an Online Gift Card. How can I use it? 

1. Check that you are on the correct website where your Online Gift Card was purchased. 
2. Open the email with your Gift Card to have it handy.
3. Select the 3INA products you like and add them to your cart.
4. Accept the Terms and Conditions of purchase and click on the "Complete your order" button. 
5. Enter your Online Gift Card code in the Gift Card or Discount code section and click on the "Use" button. 
6. Fill out the Form with your Contact Information and shipping method. 
7. Complete your order by selecting your preferred payment method and you're done – your 3INA Order Confirmation will arrive in your email (sometimes our emails end up in the SPAM folder). 

*Remember that online gift cards can only be spent on the website of the country from which they were purchased and in the same currency that was used to pay for them. 

• What happens if my Online Gift Card does not cover the total purchase? 

If the gift card amount does not cover the full cost of your purchase, you can pay the remainder using your preferred payment method through our website. 

• What if the value of my purchase is less than the gift card? 

In this case, we will save the remainder in your account so you can enjoy it later. 

• Do Online Gift Cards expire? 

Yes. You can use your Online Gift Card for up to one year from the date it was purchased. If you do not know the expiration date of your Online Gift Card, you can write to our Customer Service team and they will tell you the day your Gift Card expires.

• Can I use my Online Gift Card for purchases through Etailers or at a Point of Sale? 

Online Gift Cards are valid for the 3INA online store.  In no case can they be used on the website of any of our Etailers or at physical 3INA Points of Sale. 

• Can I use my Online Gift Card with a discount? 

Online Gift Cards are not nominative and cannot be used with other promotional codes. 

• Can I use an Online Gift Card to purchase another Online Gift Card? 

No. Our Online Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards. 

• If my order includes more products in addition to the Online Gift Card, do I have to pay shipping costs? 

We do not charge shipping costs on orders over 35€ that leave our warehouse. Since gift cards are digital products, their amount is not added to the rest of the items in the order to reach free shipping.

• Can I use a discount code on an order that includes an Online Gift Card? 

No. Our gift cards already include an associated discount and each order only accepts one discount code. If you have a discount code that you want to use on the purchase of 3INA products, place two separate orders, one for the purchase of the card and the other for the physical products.
