Our company, 3INA Cosmetics, SL, periodically selects participants in castings to work as brand models.

 

If you want to participate, post a comment on our social networks and/or send us an email to casting@3ina.com. In this case, you can send us additional material to evaluate your selection.

Purpose: The sole purpose of processing the Information is to assess your participation in 3INA castings. If you are selected, you will be contacted by 3INA and must sign the document corresponding to the new data processing and image rights assignment.

 

Legitimation: The Participant's consent.

 

Recipients: Personal data will not be transferred to third parties or used for any purpose other than that previously indicated.

 

Information retention period: The Information will be kept for 2 years, unless you revoke your consent.

 

Rights: You can exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, objection, and the right not to be subject to automated decisions. You can contact the Spanish Data Protection Agency for additional information about your rights and you can file a complaint with the DPO, or, where applicable, with the competent Data Protection Supervisory Authority, the Spanish Data Protection Agency (https://www.aepd.es), especially when you have not obtained satisfaction in exercising your rights.
